AliveColors image editor has been updated! The recent version offers the new Perspective Correction features, the updated MakeUp built-in plugin, new workspace layouts, support for new RAW files, improved stability of the program, etc.

 

Perspective Correction

The new Perspective Crop tool allows you to crop an image and fix the perspective at the same time. The tool is available for Home and Pro licenses only.

The new Perspective transform option allows each of the four corners of the layer to be independently repositioned.

Using the new features, you can fix perspective distortion, such as the angled sides of a building.

 

MakeUp Plugin Updated

The built-in MakeUp plugin has been updated. The recent version offers the enhanced retouching algorithm, new built-in presets, new hotkeys [/], increased stability as well as some other improvements and bug fixes.

Two new parameters are available: Large Defects that allows you to automatically get rid of large blemishes; and Skin Texture that imitates the skin's surface structure.

 

New Textures

The Texture Brush offers a number of new wood textures.

The RAW formats from the following cameras are now supported:

Also in the new version:

  • Added the Show Grid option for the Crop tool.
  • Added new workspace layouts for Windows version: Express, Expert, Color, Automation (Workspace -> Customize Workspace).
  • Reworked and improved the display system.
  • Improved the work of the Publishing Module.
  • Improved the stability of the program and fixed some bugs.
  • Licensing changes.
